I swear this build started as an English countryside cottage. Not entiresure how but I ended up in the Italian countryside instead (I really really REALLY want a Mediterranean inspired pack). Anyway this house has 2 'modern' extensions. One is slightly older and contains the master suite, and the other is a brand new sunroom at the heart of the house. I vision here is classic everything but updated for modern living. 

Villa Songo

A little apartment located at 19 Culpepper House. Inspired by chic modernized historical apartments in Paris. This apartment features a generous balcony with huge dramatic windows, a galley style kitchen and a stylish open combined living and dining area. 

Tiny Parisian Apartment

Inspired by the Belton House in the United Kingdom, this build is absolutely massive. I started with that inspiration, but took it much further including as many amenities as possible, including a huge pool and a hedge maze. As of posting, this build is still under construction, but most of the first floor is done. My imagining for actually playing in this house is that there is a whole wing just dedicated to more modern living. The sims who own this house live in only a portion of the house and the rest is maintained to be a historical site for visitors. 

Hartford Cliff

I wanted to create a very open air modern/classic villa type home. Tall columns around a long open hall with a large pool at the end; the focal point of the home. Off to the sides of the colonnade are the interior living spaces, one side a kitchen/dining/living space that opens to the back deck, the other side has a media room and a piano room along with a small office tucked away and the stairs to the second floor balcony overlooking the colonnade. Here ther is a single master suite with a small sitting area and en suite as well.

Stone Villa

I built a shell for this house a long time ago based on some image I found on Pinterest and never pinned and couldn't find again. It's really just a box by the beach, but the design influences and living style that it promotes are ideal to me. I saw another house the inspired me to revisit it, this time in some random movie set on Fire Island. ANyway i decided to come back to it and I love the result. Big windows facing the ocean. A huge kitchen. Sunken living room and office space. This house is a dream get away spot. 

Japandi Boathouse

Inspired by a beautiful house I saw on Pinterest (as usual) this house has a really lovely garden in the front which was the main thing I wanted to create here. The origial house on had just a large plant in the middle of the house, however, I decided to go with a couple of statues along the side of the path. Also has a nice secluded bench area by the stairs. 

The Pines End

A small simple build.  I was inspired by English country houses. I wanted something small but luxurious. Nothing off the wall but well designed with an emphasis on comfort.

Little Manor

This is the largest house I've ever built. It's so big my computer can barely run it. But I love it. Theres multiple guest rooms and a HUGE pool and a whole separate house on the property for a butler. Theres a sauna, and a giant covered outdoor eating area and a big ass pool. Oh and a 2 car garage. Cars when amirite?

Dresden House

This was one of my favorite builds, and the first one I shared on Twitter. This is soon after Eco-Lifestyle came out and I was in LOVE with all the new objects and build items. I wanted this house to feel tucked away and secluded, but at the same time feel super spacious and a bit luxurious too. Unfotunately since I built this house I have totally revamped my CC folder and most of the items in this house I dont have in my game anymore.
